This gorgeous young sound mare has every right to be “conseated” – standing a solid 16.1h, she has a wonderful disposition and is exceptionally calm and quiet under saddle. From day one in the program, she has adapted smoothly to her new life and taken everything in her stride. Already on small group turn out with other mares, she does extremely well and is good to catch, clip, saddle, bathe etc. She will stand untied while saddled in the aisle or bathed on the washrack and loves human interaction. She is particularly fond of molasses horse treats.

Under saddle, she is very willing and responsive with a good mouth. She has good paces that display cadence and is extremely fun and comfortable to ride – no pull. She has been trail ridden several times per week alone and does exceptionally well alongside arena work. She has encountered various forms of traffic including tractors and ATV’s without incident and has even been ridden in thunderstorms. She is sound with no injuries and with her temperament, she is suitable for all pursuits including jumping. She has been lightly started over cross rails and displays tremendous potential. For those that are not “mare” people, we strongly recommend a second look! She only raced 5 times winning $1600. It was clear that she was not competitive at the level her donor wanted her to race so she was retired in June.
