Standing in the gap for retired racehorses providing a safety-net through rehabilitation, education, & placement in qualified, caring homes.

Here is a gelding who has really been around the block. He raced for 7 seasons and retired sound. He spent two years being trained as a hunter. He stands like a statue when you mount him, does what is asked of him in the ring and on the trails. He has smooth as glass gaits: walk, trot and canter. He would make a fantastic field hunter due to his smooth gaits, calm nature and jumping expereince. He has a sensitive mouth and opens it when someone isn’t gentle, but he doesn’t do anything else, so you really don’t notice this when you ride him. This is an uncomplicated, steady, smooth guy who will give someone a nice ride on the trails or in the hunt field. He gets along with our other New Vocations geldings.
