From Track to Trail – DVD
This DVD is perfect for those that are getting a horse straight from the track. It covers both Thoroughbreds and Standardbreds, describing how to properly feed and socialize the new retiree. It shows how to teach the horse to “give” to the bit and get the horse to relax at a walk, trot, and canter. For Standardbreds that may have never been ridden, it demonstrates mounting for the first time, teaching leg aids, and developing the rack.
