Standing in the gap for retired racehorses providing a safety-net through rehabilitation, education, & placement in qualified, caring homes.

This is an exceptionally pretty naturally gaited mare that raced 100 times and raised six foals. All of her foals raced well, but her owner no longer cared to breed. She was adopted to a home and due to some life changes was returned to us. Jogger is very well balanced with a full body, and large intelligent eyes. She has had lots of riding time, single and double, and has even cantered. Jogger is an extremely smooth ride, short enough to be easy to mount, and strong enough to carry a larger rider. She’s recommended for casual to moderate riding, but not extreme speed or endurance due to an old ankle injury. Jogger enjoys having a job or living peacefully with her pasturemates. She rides well in a snaffle on a relaxed rein. Jogger has the duel potential to be an outstanding broodmare for gaited horses.
