Reba and I were Champion in the 2’6 – 2’9″ intermediate adult jumpers this weekend at the Country Heir Midwest Indoors horse show at Roberts Arena in Wilmington, OH November 21st-23rd. Reba was really on her game and we got two first places and a third due to knocking down a rail at fence 7- oh well.  The competition was clocking fast times, but Reba’s quick turns and her ability to slice the jumps helped us cut down on time and we squeaked into the lead!

This show also helped us win Champion in the Intermediate Child/Adult jumpers division for the State of Ohio and the State of Kentucky for the year.  We get to have our picture in the Chronicle of the Horse’s horse show issue coming out in March, 2015 alongside out favorite barn and show buddies, Angel’s Tune and Laura Norton,
who were Champion in the State of Kentucky for the Beginner Horse division!  Awesome year for all of us and a lot of exposure for the New Vocations banner being front and center with our drapes when we go to shows.
