Standing in the gap for retired racehorses providing a safety-net through rehabilitation, education, & placement in qualified, caring homes.

Scarlet Run is a classy big mare. She is a nice mover and has power from behind. This mare is by Dramatic Irony by Theatrical. She raced 13 times and was retired in July due to R knee soreness. She was found to have a small chip and has been rested fully rehabbed. She has never been lame since retiring from the track and should have no physical limitations. She was bred and owned by the same person until being donated to New Vocations. Her former owner states that she took exceptionally well to race training and was easy to work with, also that she would leave her food and prefer to interact with people. We find the same to be true, she is a friendly mare and very sweet.
