Standing in the gap for retired racehorses providing a safety-net through rehabilitation, education, & placement in qualified, caring homes.

Buttercup is a very nice and friendly mare. She went through Camelot sale in January and was pulled out of a kill pen. Buttercup has been with New Vocations now for a couple months. She is healthy, sound and ready for a job. We have been on her several times and she was naturally quiet and calm. It would not take long for her to be ready for a trail ride. Buttercup is a tall stout mare who could easily carry a larger rider. She is used to 24/7 turn out and gets along great with mares and geldings.
