Standing in the gap for retired racehorses providing a safety-net through rehabilitation, education, & placement in qualified, caring homes.

I wanted to send you some pics of Wooley Walker and Cherokee Brave playing in the water at a hunter pace we did on 11-7 at FENCE in NC. The boys were so good! We started out on a steeple chase track, where Wooley had some flash backs of being a race horse… but after that they calmed down and did awesome. The encountered all kinds of things… bridges, traffic, lots of other horses and animals, and a huge crown of people and horses at the beginning and end. They did so good, we were very proud! And we were telling everyone about the work you guys do and how pleased we’ve been with the horses you’ve sent us. Kay went with Miccho too. We don’t have pics of him yet, but hopefully they’ll post some soon. I also attached the pics from the hunter pace at Biltmore. I couldn’t remember if I’d sent them yet. I took Terra Verda to that one back in June (that’s me in the red shirt on Terra, the sorrel horse). He was awesome! I can’t wait to do the write up on my two boys for their one year adoption anniversary. They are getting nice and fat, Terra actually looks and acts more like a QH than a TB! They love their new vocations!
